ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Before players may participate in any practice or matches, parents/players must complete a few tasks. Follow the check list below.

Complete the follow online forms with AISD's participation site called RankOne. There are five total forms to complete. https://arlingtonisd.rankonesport.com/New/Home.aspx

- Handbook Acknowledgement
- Emergency Card
- Medical History
- UIL Forms Signature Page.
Have a doctor complete a current physical for and turn into a coach. All players must have a physical with the exam date within the last year before they are eligible for practice. These are turned into the coaches.
