ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Before players may participate in any practice or matches, parents/players must complete a few tasks. Follow the check list below.

Complete the online forms with AISD's participation site called RankOne. There are 6 total forms to complete.

Have a doctor complete a current physical for and turn into a coach. All players must have a physical with the exam date within the last year before they are eligible for practice. The completed physicals can be uploaded into the RankOne portal.
